Module 3: Enzyme Technology: Nomenclature and classification of enzymes. printed in the syllabus as Module Course Contents

  • Enzyme kinetics. Microbial growth kinetics. Michaels Menten Kinetics, Immobilized enzyme kinetics, Immobilization of enzymes. Industrial applications of enzymes.
