This is the Fourth Year Biomedical Rev 2019 C Scheme syllabus under REV-2019 'C' Scheme, in force from the academic year 2022-23. The University has not yet published an NEP 2020 syllabus above Semester IV for this branch, and this is the scheme its examinations are set on.
The University prints the same name, “Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (Abbreviated as AIM)”, for two separate courses of this semester: the theory course, examined at the end of the semester, and this one, the laboratory course, which carries practical hours and is assessed as term work. The University's own programme structure table names this one “Department Optional Course – 5 Lab”, and only the address here says “Lab”, to keep the two apart. The title above is the University's own.

Syllabus for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Lab
1. Introduce AI programming language
- 2 Knowledge representation and create knowledge base
- 3 One case study on AI applications published in IEEE/ACM/Springer or any prominent journal.
- 4 Assignments on State space formulation and PEAS representation for various AI applications
- 5 Uninformed search methods.
- 6 Informed search methods.
- 7 Game playing algorithms.
- 8 First order Logic Note: Any other practical/assignments covering the syllabus topics and subtopics can be conducted.
