Module I
- Unit I ICT Soft Tools – Understanding Word Processing
- Introduction to Word, Word Processing Basics; Opening and Closing of documents; Text creation and Manipulation; Formatting of text; Table handling; Spell check, language setting and thesaurus; Printing of word document.
- Unit II ICT soft Tools – Spreadsheet
- Basics of Spreadsheet; Manipulation of cells; Formulas and Functions; Editing of Spread Sheet, Printing of Spread Sheet. Chart basics, Create a chart, Chart & axis titles, Change the chart type & organize the source data, Update data and format the Axes, Add gridlines and arrows.
