- Unit 1 Origin, definition, concepts (Pancha kosha, Pancha Pranas, Pancha Bhootas, Shat Chakras, Concept of Nadies, Chitta Bhumis, Chitta vrittis, Chitta Prasadanm, Chitta Vikshepas, Kleshas) and types of Yoga
- Unit 2 Practices and significance of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga
- Unit 3 Yogic diet, role of Yoga in health and lifestyle management
Module 2: (College/ Continuous Assessment)
- Unit 1 Practical aspects of Yoga: Asanas (practice), Pranayama (practice), Meditation (practice), Bandha and Mudra(practice)
