(c) Shree has a property called Dreamland. On Dreamland there is direct sunlight though another land i.e "wonderland" which belongs to Raj. Also to reach to Dreamland the only way is to pass is through wonderland.

(d) Ronak lives with his parents and is the only child. They have two joint flats. One flat is in name or Ronak and other is in this fathers name. Ronak takes care of the property and all the decisions.
