Module I: Venture Ideation and Project Planning in Apparel Industry

  • A Product /venture conceptualization in the area of apparel industry
  • Ideation with help of market research (Preparation of Tool, sampling for Consumer study, conducting survey, analysis of survey results, report writing etc.)
  • Project selection and evaluation
  • Project Proposal Preparation including Budgeting
  • B Sourcing of various resources including funds

Module II: Venture Execution, Branding and Marketing in Apparel Industry

  • A Executing the proposed plan of developing / sourcing apparel
  • Product /Service development
  • Branding, Packaging and labelling
  • Logistics and protocol development
  • B Marketing the developed product
  • Applications of marketing concepts
  • Final Evaluation for Profitability, Branding etc.
