Syllabus for Advanced French B2
Description of the course
This course aims to strengthen learners' proficiency in French at an upper-intermediate (B2) level. Including but not limited to advanced reading comprehension, structured writing, oral expression, and listening skills, the course supports the development of effective communication strategies and deepens cultural and linguistic competence through authentic texts and interaction.
Course objectives
- 1. To enhance learners’ ability to understand and produce complex spoken and written French.
- 2. To reinforce grammatical accuracy and thematic vocabulary across various real-life and academic contexts.
- 3. To build confidence in expressing opinions, presenting arguments, and interacting fluently in French.
- 4. To develop independent learning strategies through engagement with multimedia resources and contemporary texts.
Course outcomes

- CO 3 Produce structured written content.
- CO 4 Develop overall reading, writing, speaking, listening skills in French.
