Module I: Hotel Front Office Operations

  • 1 Familiarization with front office layout, equipment, and terminology
  • 2 Handling reservation enquiries and maintaining reservation registers
  • 3 Preparing guest registration cards and arrival lists
  • 4 Simulated guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • 5 Room assignment and key handling procedures
  • 6 Preparation and updating of room status reports
  • 7 Handling guest requests, complaints, and service recovery (role plays)
  • 8 Maintaining front office records and daily reports
  • 9 Communication and coordination with housekeeping department
  • 10 Simulation exercises of front desk operations

Module II: Hotel Housekeeping Operations

  • 1 Identification and use of housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning agents
  • 2 Demonstration and practice of guest room cleaning procedures
  • 3 Bed making techniques (standard hotel bed making)
  • 4 Bathroom cleaning and sanitation practices
  • 5 Room inspection using housekeeping checklists
  • 6 Linen handling, storage, and basic inventory management
  • 7 Cleaning and maintenance of public areas (lobby, corridors, restrooms)
