- 2 Cellulase production by Aspergillus niger:

- 3 Preparation of growth media used in industrial fermentations.
- 4 Optimization of culture media for industrial microbial cultures.(Any one media parameter - Carbon /Nitrogen)
- 5 Inoculum preparation fungal culture (yeast / mold) for inoculation into a fermentor.
- 6 Comparison of shaker flask vs static bioreactor conditions.
- 7 Extraction of alginate biopolymer from Azotobacter species.
