Module I: Integration of MS Excel in Business

  • A Basics of MS Excel: Managing Worksheets and Workbooks: Labeling and Naming Worksheets and Workbooks, Adding, Deleting and Saving Worksheets and Workbooks, Reposition Worksheets, Inserting, Deleting, and Renaming Worksheets, Copy Worksheets, printing a Workbook, Formatting a Worksheet, Adding Elements to a Workbook, Protecting Worksheet and Workbook. Inserting and deleting rows and columns. Inserting and deleting cells.
  • B Data Representation using MS Excel: Entering, Editing and Formatting Data, Uses of mathematical, logical and Financial and Date and Time formulas, Import external data, Creating Table, Sorting Data, Data Validation, Consolidation, Creating Pivot table. Charts: Chart elements: Titles, legend, data labels, creating a New Chart, Formatting Chart, Types of charts, Using Chart Templates, Pivot chart.

Module II: Statement Analysis using MS Excel

  • A Preparation of Financial Statements, Preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Perform Ratio Analysis and Financial Statement
