Syllabus for Advanced French B2
Description of the course
This course is designed to strengthen students' proficiency in French at the B2 level of the CEFR. Including but not limited to advanced grammar, vocabulary expansion, oral expression, and written composition, the course emphasizes fluency, accuracy, and cultural awareness through a variety of authentic materials and interactive activities.
Course objectives
- 1. To enhance comprehension and production of spoken and written French in complex, structured contexts.
- 2. To develop the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both formal and informal situations.
- 3. To refine grammatical accuracy and expand thematic vocabulary across diverse topics.
- 4. To increase cultural competence through analysis of contemporary French media, literature, and social issues.
Course outcomes

- CO 4 Develop overall reading, writing, speaking, listening skills in French.
