Figma is hiring its first Enterprise Solutions Consultant in Bengaluru, which is the most interesting thing about this listing: you would be defining the processes and programmes rather than inheriting them. The role is the technical counterpart in enterprise deals, going deep with engineering and product audiences on how the platform works, and owning the customer IT and security relationship during the deal cycle. That last part is a real specialism, covering security questionnaires, requests for information, requests for proposal, and identity and enterprise questions, and working with product and legal to resolve findings. Day to day: present the vision of the Figma platform and guide customers to value through demonstrations and presentations; go deep technically with engineering and product audiences on how the technology works and how it accelerates digital product delivery; identify market trends and feed them to the product team; own the customer IT and security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and identity and enterprise questions; strengthen Figma's security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal to resolve findings; design and scale technical sales efforts; and create content for customers and internal partners.
