Day to day: assist internal teams with configuration validation supporting sales opportunities; collect data for sales plays and lifecycle management programmes; use established sizing tools to propose product performance solutions; take part in account planning; assist with solution designs and own simple ones; help prospects and customers with basic demonstrations, system configuration, feature adoption and technical questions; work across customer support, professional services, renewals, sales operations and order management; and drive technical account management across implementation and ongoing support.
