About this role
This is a performance testing seat on Paytm's Telco team, and it is a genuine engineering job rather
than a script running one. You build workload models that imitate how real users hit the system,
then run baseline, load, stress and scalability tests against it and work out where it breaks. The
tooling is JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling for generation, and InfluxDB, Grafana, JVM tooling and the
Eclipse Memory Analyzer for watching what happens under load. You also do API and service level
testing through Postman and SOAP UI, including WebSocket testing, and you write up findings for both

Who this is for
