About this role
Meesho's AI Services group sells a B2B voicebot platform to enterprises, and the Forward Deployed
Engineer is the person who makes it actually work inside a client's business. You own client
deployments end to end: technical discovery, requirement gathering, solution design, platform
configuration, custom conversation flows and integration logic, UAT, then production go-live and
everything after. You build proofs of concept, troubleshoot production issues across the stack, and
write the technical glue between the platform and the client's systems. What you learn in the field
feeds back to Product, Infra and Platform Engineering. At 2 to 5 years this is the most accessible
role in this edition alongside Paytm's SDET seat. Apply if you like owning an outcome in front of a

Who this is for
Requirements. 2 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or a
client facing technical delivery role in a B2B SaaS or AI product company. Prior experience with
conversational AI platforms, contact centre technology or LLM based applications is highly preferred
rather than required.
What you would do. Own end to end client onboarding, from requirement gathering and solution design
through platform configuration, UAT and production go-live. Conduct technical discovery sessions to
map client needs. Design custom conversation flows and integration logic for clients. Develop proofs
of concept and prototypes. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack. Build
technical solutions to bridge gaps between the platform and client systems.

relationship, responsible for taking clients from signed contract to successful production deployment
and beyond, when enterprises are trusting the voicebot to handle thousands of live customer
