JFrog
About this role
JFrog makes the software supply chain platform most engineering teams know through Artifactory, and
the Technical Success Manager is the person who makes sure customers actually adopt it. You build
rollout and adoption plans with customers, run projects to agreed timelines with the solution
engineering and professional services teams, and become the platform health expert who monitors how
each account is really doing. You are also the first point of escalation. The technical bar is
genuine: hands-on Linux is a requirement and application security or cybersecurity experience is an
advantage. This seat covers the EMEA region from Bangalore, which has shift implications worth
checking. Apply if you know developer tooling well enough to advise on it and prefer breadth across
many customers to depth in one codebase.

Who this is for
Requirements. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in customer success management,
relationship management, delivery management, consulting or enterprise delivery. 2+ years of
experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS companies. Prior hands-on experience in
Linux. Experience in application security or cybersecurity is an advantage.
What you would do. Focus on the customer's continuous interactions with JFrog, their lifetime value
and the associated NPS and CSAT scores. Help customers create an adoption and rollout plan so they can
socialise and embed the JFrog Platform confidently. Support the JFrog sales team by focusing on
customer strategy so the platform helps customers meet their goals, which enables the sales account
manager to be there for renewals and upsells. Formulate and deliver projects with customers to agreed
timelines. Work with solution engineering and professional services so customer projects complete
successfully. Monitor customer health and perception by becoming a platform health expert. Be the
first point of escalation. Develop a full understanding of the JFrog platform.
⚠️ Read this before applying: it supports sales. The responsibilities explicitly include enabling the
sales account manager to get renewals and upsells done on time. You do not carry a quota and the
requirement list contains no selling experience, which is why this sits in the customer facing
technical group rather than being excluded, but the commercial context is real and stated.
Region and location. This requisition covers the EMEA region, and JFrog states elsewhere on its India
postings that the job location is Bangalore (Bellandur) with a hybrid model of 3 mandatory office days
per week. JFrog's separate North America seat publishes a 5:30pm to 2:30am IST shift; an EMEA region
role would normally run afternoon into evening IST rather than overnight, but the shift is not stated
on this posting. Ask in the first call, because it materially changes the job.
Who this is for. Someone technical with five or more years who wants customer breadth. Linux
hands-on is a stated requirement, so this is not a purely relationship role.
