Staff Engineer, UI

Ontic sells software that corporate and government security teams use to identify threats, assess risk and respond to incidents, with Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies using it for executive protection, threat intelligence and corporate investigations. This is a staff level frontend role, and the scope is deliberately cross team rather than feature delivery: defining frontend architecture patterns and shared capabilities used across multiple product teams, driving adoption of shared platforms, frameworks and tooling, and contributing to the design system and shared frontend infrastructure. You would lead architecture reviews, set standards for performance, accessibility and testing, and work on developer experience so other teams move faster. What the posting requires:
- 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.
