About this role
MongoDB's Technical Services Engineers work alongside the company's largest customers on their hardest database problems: architecture, performance, recovery and security questions across the whole MongoDB ecosystem, including the database server, the drivers, Atlas and Cloud Manager. It is a support engineering role in name, but the posting describes genuine depth, expecting you to analyse issues holistically from the application tier through the database down to the storage layer, and to contribute to internal software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking and diagnostics. You would also carry customer needs back to product management and development. - Contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking and diagnostics.
