About this role
MongoDB is building a new internal engineering team that works alongside its Internal Engineering department to level up TechOps, and this is a founding senior engineer seat on it. The product is internal: enterprise grade software and platforms that make MongoDB's own employees more effective, supporting essential workflows across the organisation. You would own critical internal tools end to end, drive technical decisions, lead design discussions and contribute to architecture, while proactively going after technical debt, reliability risk and scalability problems. - 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Work with engineers, product partners and other stakeholders to prioritise and deliver high impact work.
