About this role
Zenoti sells software that runs spas, salons and wellness businesses end to end, covering online booking, point of sale, CRM, employee and inventory management and marketing. Implementation is the step where a new customer's existing business gets moved onto that platform, and this role does it hands on. The technical core is data: transforming legacy data so it loads correctly, mapping it, validating the migration and building quality checks that prove the data came across intact. Zenoti explicitly wants people who write tools and scripts to transform data and who will innovate to improve the migration process, rather than doing it by hand every time. You also configure Zenoti to match each customer's business processes and manage their expectations through the project. At 2 to 5 years this is one of the lower experience bars on today's board.
