Ontic
About this role
Ontic builds software for corporate security teams, the people who assess threats against a company's staff, executives and facilities and need all the signals in one place. That makes it a data heavy product: many records, and a lot of search. This engineering role is backend, and the stack is stated plainly: Java and Spring Boot, with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, building applications that handle high volume data. They also want strong algorithmic thinking and the ability to own deliverables independently. The posting asks for two to five years of professional backend development, so this is not a fresher role, but the lower end is reachable if you already have a couple of years in Java. Offices are in Noida and Pune. A solid choice if you want to go deep on JVM backend work rather than spread across a stack.
Who this is for
2 to 5 years backend. Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, MongoDB.
