About this role
Sarvam builds sovereign AI for India, including speech and language models that work across Indian languages. It is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV and Khosla Ventures, and works with Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC and LIC. This role builds the web layer on top of those models: the console and dashboards through which developers and enterprise customers use Sarvam's APIs. Expect ReactJS, TypeScript and Next.js, consuming REST APIs from the backend team, with real attention to performance, accessibility and cross browser behaviour. Worth knowing before you apply: every other engineering role Sarvam has open states a years requirement, commonly 3 to 6 years. This one does not, and asks only for familiarity with Git alongside solid React and TypeScript. It is still a high bar team, so treat it as a strong junior opening rather than a first job, and lead with a real portfolio.
