Datadog is one of the largest observability and monitoring platforms in the world, used by engineering teams to watch their infrastructure and applications.
This role is on the Technical Solutions team, the in house product experts. You would work with customers across tickets, email, calls, live chat and screen sharing to resolve technical issues, reproduce problems, and dig into Datadog's 600 plus integrations. You would also feed customer problems back into product conversations with internal teams.
