This is the University of Mumbai syllabus for B.F.A. (Textile Design), Circular No. UG/210 of 2004 dated 28 May 2004 (Ordinances 5331 to 5337, Regulations 4569 to 4591), in force from the academic year 2004-2005. Its Final Year ordinance, O.5336, was re-issued by Circular No. UG/353 of 2008; no circular has changed a subject of this branch. It is still the scheme examined: the University set the Summer 2026 papers on it, and has published no later B.F.A. syllabus. The First Year B.F.A. examination is conducted by the college recognised by the University of Mumbai, not by the University itself.

Syllabus for Fundamental of Art
MU spells this paper three ways in one document: "Fundamentals of Art" in the examination table (folios 3 and 6), "Fundamentals of Arts" in the Education Pattern table (folio 7), and "Fundamental of Art" here and in the section's own bibliography (folio 24).
