Refund Policy

Almost everything on munotes is free.

Question papers, notes and syllabus pages are free to read and always will be. There is nothing to refund on them because they are never charged for. The only thing munotes charges for is optional access to our student groups.

Paid group access

Full refund if we cannot get you in. If you are not admitted to the group within 48 hours of paying, email us and we return the entire amount. No questions, no conditions.
Full refund if you were charged twice. Duplicate payments for the same person are returned in full.
No refund once you have joined. Group access cannot be taken back after you are inside and have seen the members and the shared material, so we cannot refund it.
Removed for spamming or scamming, no refund. Keeping the group safe is the reason the fee exists. Anyone who spams, scams or harasses is removed and not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email contact@munotes.in from the address you paid with, and include your order id. You will find it on the page shown right after payment.

We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back through the same payment method, which usually takes 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. munotes never receives or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
