About the Course
This course focuses on preparing participants for the paper I (General) and Paper II( English )of
National /State Eligibility Test conducted by the concerned National/State agencies.
Course Objectives:
 To train students in major areas of General paper on teaching & research aptitude
 To familiarize stude nts with the major aspects in English language and literature studies as per
the NET /SET syllabus of Paper II (English).
 To help students develop study techniques and strategies for NET /SET .
Expected Learning Outcomes
 Students have a better teaching and research aptitude
 Students show a better understanding of major aspects in English language and literature studies as
covered in NET /SET syllabus of Paper II (English)
 Students demonstrate the ability to use study techniques and strategies for NET /SET

Teaching Methodology
