Preamble :
A Certificate Course in Sahityaratna Anna Bhau Sathe’s Works, provides the
foundations of literary of work of Sahityaratna Anna Bhau Sathe and its profound impact
on socio -political ,cultural and literary sphere at national and international level .The
Certificate Course aims at imparting the literary genre written by Anna Bhau Sathe by
studying and analysing historical contexts , art , folk art , folks plays, drama, songs ,lavan i
, sonnets, novels, ballads, philosophy , political ideology and the pliability of language
to equip learners to extrapolate Anna Bhau Sathe as a literary figure and a political
leader in present epoch. Thus, the course will provide the basics of creative writing,
methods, fundamental principles, and the elements of Ann a Bhau Sathe’s work to the
aspiring learners.
Objectives :
The prime objectives of this course are:
1. To introduce learners to the ideas related to creative writing including the art, folk art
folks dramas, songs, lavani , sonnets and their creative performances.
2. To help learn/ read the principles of creative writing of Anna Bhau Sathe’s Works
3. To analyze the text of different literary genre produced by Anna Bhau Sathe
4. To interpret the literary texts contextually and critically.
5. To help learners to hone the creative and performative abilities.
Outcome:
1. Learners will be able to experiences the authentic outcome of the poetry forms found
Anna Bhau Sathe’s Works and implement it in projects and research work
2. Learners will be equipped with creative writings to seek employment in various
creative fields creative writing, social media etc.
3. Learners will be able to implement the facets of human different experiences, as the
outcome of the critical studies of Anna Bhau Sathe’s Works.
