In the last BOS meeting held on 25th May 2016, it was it was resolved that a Sub-
Committee be constituted to prepare a brief explanation and note for the revised
syllabi for FY BA Semester I and II. This was advised taking cognizance of the
University decision to draw question paper of the FYBA and S.Y.BA paper I, II, III at
the University level. It was thereby resolved that for the sake of Standardization of
teaching, explanatory note be prepared for all the three paper and the same is
recommended to the Academic Council for approval and circulated to all the colleges
subsequently by the University.

• The following is the note prepared for F.Y.BA (Semester I and II) that was
unanimously passed in the BOS meeting of 11 J uly 2016 and it is recommended
for approval by the A cademic C ouncil .
